We had just come from having lunch elsewhere and wanted to try this spot for dessert. Upon entering we were greeted by Jay. He had the most welcoming smile, he us asked if we had any questions and introduced us to some of the delicious available options and combinations. His personality and smile were genuine and he made us feel valued as their customers.
