The food coming out of this trailer is SOOOOOO good!!!! The mushroom burger is incredible. I could easily suggest that this is the best meal you can get in Johnson City and it makes sense bc Chef Christophe is a celebrity chef and a total BA. Anyone that doesn’t rate his food 5+ is insane . You’ve got to try it!
The mushroom risotto is creamy, firm and luscious and was still hot after bringing home. The Texas burger with loaded mushrooms is juicy, bursting with flavor and even after trekking it 40min home, was NOT soft or soggy. My thanks to the chef who is so personable and gracious. My condolences to the recent loss of his father, and well be missed while he's gone to care for family in August. So hurry! It's worth the price and worth the heat!

You should go here!! Just looking for a quick bite for dinner and stumbled across this place. The mushroom risotto was as good as any I’ve had, and that includes IN Italy. Only disappointment was not having a glass of wine to go with it.
