December 2023:While at Moontower Saloon I ordered food at Hot Texas Grills. I got the Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla. It was grilled chicken with melted monterey jack cheese, buffalo sauce and jalapeños with a side of ranch.The quesadilla what pretty huge and cut up in four slices. One of the food trucks located at Moontower Saloon. There was long line since everyone decided to order around the same time. The wait was 20 mins. There was only one person doing everything. This food truck offers appetizers & sharables, sandwiches, BBQ sliders, tacos, quesadillas and burgers.
