Employee lied about my order and made me wait 20 mins in parking lot told me not to drive up. I waited and.waited to allow me to pick up order. White complexion Hispanic overnight I wish he was a man and tried that energy with a man instead of my wife and my son. He did it to me in two desperate occasions as I tired giving this location the benefit of the doubt

I placed my order at 10:22pm and when I got to the restaurant there was nobody inside even though all the lights were on and the open 24hrs sign was on. I checked back several times throughout the evening and each time it was the same... The lights were on, but nobody was inside the store. I NEVER RECEIVED MY MEAL. Today, January 16,2024 at approximately 8:00pm, I returned to the store yet again and this time I could tell there were actually employees in the store. I went through the drive thru (because they constantly keep the door to the dining room locked so you can't enter). I explained to the gentleman in the drive thru what had happened and he acknowledged that nobody was in the store the evening prior but told me that I would have to come back in a couple days to speak to the manager. I told him that I just wanted him to make my food that's all I was asking was for what I already paid for and he refused. When I asked for the manager's name he refused to give it to me and when I asked for his name he refused to give it to me so I took his picture. I need somebody to please contact me back regarding this. This is absolutely absurd. I would like to explain some of the other issues that go on it this restaurant that nobody probably knows about as well. This place is the laughing joke of the neighborhood and has been for quite some time. I can't IMAGINE on how much revenue you are losing out on by having incompetent employees not to mention how much it tarnishes the Jack in the Box brand as a whole. I cannot believe how I was treated. Please contact me to discuss further as this is totally unacceptable.

This Jack in the Box is situated within a 5-mile radius of several fast-food chains where lines consistently wrap around the building every day of the week. In contrast, this particular establishment does not experience the same level of traffic. While the food is acceptable, there are concerns regarding consistency and pricing.One can't help but wonder how busy it would be if this were a Whataburger or Chick-fil-A.

I dont normally leave reviews but this place and the service and food were so bad i felt robbed mistreated and decided to warn everybody from wasting your money at this location. The young lady that works in the mornings is extremely rude, and my food looks like it was stepped on. The food was cold and hard and i will never be ordering from this location ever again.
