I placed my order at 10:22pm and when I got to the restaurant there was nobody inside even though all the lights were on and the open 24hrs sign was on. I checked back several times throughout the evening and each time it was the same... The lights were on, but nobody was inside the store. I NEVER RECEIVED MY MEAL. This Jack in the Box is situated within a 5-mile radius of several fast-food chains where lines consistently wrap around the building every day of the week. In contrast, this particular establishment does not experience the same level of traffic. While the food is acceptable, there are concerns regarding consistency and pricing.One can't help but wonder how busy it would be if this were a Whataburger or Chick-fil-A.
