What more can I say.. one of the best ice creams ever! I got scoops of the famous Brambleberry Crisp and I got to try Gooey Butter Cake ice cream. I also tried Texas Sheet Cake, and if you are a chocolate lover, this is your flavor. Wildberry Lavender is a light, fruity, almost take like a sorbet because of how light it is. It’s perfect for spring and summer as a “refreshment” in an ice cream form. All delicious! The waffle cone is on the thicker side, a little sweeter than others but I think great value for your money. (About $7 for half a scoop of 2 flavors in waffle cone)The twins who were working here the day I visited were so nice, friendly, and more than helpful. It was a bit busy but they did not made me feel like I’m being rushed when I wanted to try a few flavors. I wanted to take home a pint of Brambleberry but the fridge was empty. Great experience and will probably be back when I’m in the area.
If you're GF make sure to tell them immediately that you do not want the waffle cone piece, because they put it in automatically. They definitely need to ask people if they want it or not, especially if you're making a point to make sure what you're choosing is gf or not.

Very much a treat!Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful.And the facility itself was well maintained on this very busy commercial street.This is definitely worth a stop!Parking: Parking has always been easy for me, as I subscribe to a Parking Faery.Be that as it may, street parking on South Congress proper, or better sometimes found on side streets, isn't impossible. Simply breathe, and lean into it!Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly business. Who wants to stand in the way of a kid and her/his favorite ice cream?Wheelchair accessibility: Might be a bit tight inside when they are very busy, yet South Congress itself isn't the easiest street to navigate either for those wanting/needing extra space or properly built-out, ADA compliant environments.That said, folks in Austin are genuinely friendly and eager to be accommodating, if not helpful, ever mindful of anyone who needs extra space, time, and/or help, at least in my experience.
If I were Jeni, I'd create a "Tiramisu & Salted Caramel" ice cream. This flavor would combine the rich, coffee-infused layers of classic tiramisu with swirls of velvety salted caramel in a creamy ice cream base. It would feature soft chunks of ladyfingers soaked in espresso, layered with mascarpone cheese flavored ice cream. The salted caramel would not only add a sweet and salty dimension but also a smooth, gooey texture that complements the coffee and cheese elements. This unique blend would capture the essence of a traditional tiramisu while introducing a delightful twist with the salted caramel, making each spoonful a decadent and sophisticated experience.
I Came in today at 5pm, they are busy as usual. We were polite and nice with the worker. I asked if I could get just one scoop and he said no with an attitude. I told him I’ve always got one scoop at this location, the triangle, the domain and even the Houston one. No issues at the other locations. But somehow today it was an issue, I told him no thank you and he abruptly with a nasty attitude and body Language said oh well okay then. I didn’t need the attitude if you don’t like working your job then quit. I understand you had a huge party before us but that is your job. This isn’t the only incident at this location. The workers here are always rude and very racist. I always feel uncomfortable coming to this location. I love jenis but something needs to be done at this location. Worker was wearing a red bandana had curly hair with glasses on Sunday 2/18 at 5pm. Just disappointed.

Went walking up SoCo and wanted icecream, but not wait in the long Amy's icecream line. The staff was helpful in letting us get samples, quick with our order, and very efficient! I got the brambleberry & lavender which was a yummy 10/10 combo
