Amy's is the best sweet treat in soco. I tried the cookies and cream with the cookie dough. This dessert tasted like paradise. I like that this ice cream basically comes with toppings. And those toppings are massive. The ice cream is thick and creamy, just as every ice cream should be. Check it out!!!
The town and state I come from boasts some of the finest ice cream in the land, so I had to put Austin's Amy's to the test during my trip - and she came through with flying colors! I tried the Vietnamese coffee flavor and it knocked my socks off - fine ground espresso bits gave a bite to the toffee sweetness. I could have eaten a whole pint! My husband likewise enjoyed the Irish coffee. It's well worth a stop!

I went with a friend recently close to closing time, on a Sunday night and the line was still pretty lengthy. I can't imagine what it's like on a warm/hot Friday or Saturday night.
