Fantastic all around. Delicious food, great service, lovely environment. Strongly recommend the tasting menu! Potato puffs, focaccia and dessert were the highlights for me but everything was A+

Had the Prix fixe menu. Bread was good, salad was extremely salty, cacio e pepe was more like Alfredo, drenched in heavy cream instead of dry cheese. Main dish was ok, bit heavy on salt, Desert green tea cake was dry. Presentations were all good. After the meal, felt unwell from eating so much salt and cream. Dined with two European guests who were not fans of the food.

The atmosphere was fine. The menu confusing as it has two sides and and one side you could order from only if the whole table was ordering. My lump crab dish came out 15 minutes after my partners meal. It was ok, a bit salt and it had already started to crust as it had been sitting before it was delivered. We had 10 people, and they would only split the bill 3 ways and it had to be even split. We had 5 different groups of people. Some without alcohol and some with three or more orders. Not an accommodating service.

Prefix menu for international traveler rediculously expensive and food stone cold. Many other places of high calibre to eat in Austin with high happiness factor! This is a fail.

Don't believe the hype. The cacio e pepe was decent, but the thing people don't realize is that the dish is, by definition, extremely basic. If cacio e pepe is your premiere dish, that kind of speaks ill about your other dishes. And that's exactly what I experienced.Everything else we ate was either just okay or bad, and the restaurant succumbs to the typical gaudy-over-flavor "fine dining" pitfall. The new york strip was underseasoned and the roasted baby carrots were truly roasted - pitch black and shriveled. The steak still tasted okay, but for prices like this it should be better than okay. The best thing was probably the focaccia lol, and the fact that the restaurant looks pretty. My waiter wasn't bad, but was obviously itching to leave. He wasn't rude or anything but he just answered questions about the menu with very short undetailed responses and left us waiting a while for drink refills. It's what I expect from Chilis, not here.Oh, and charging for every drink refill for basic drinks like soda, without the waiter clarifying it? That's just scummy. Why so many "fancy" restaurants think it's okay to do this is beyond me.

Outstanding from the food to the service to the environment. The Prix Fixe was worth every penny. Thank you to all of the staff from FOH to BOH.

This restaurant was a slam dunk for me. Our party did the prix fixe menu and left stuffed and satisfied. Dishes ranged from outright amazing to interesting and complex. I enjoyed it all. Service was very friendly and attentive.Cocktails were a highlight. I ordered off menu and they handled the classics excellently. Chilled glasses, properly chosen ice, the whole gambit. Those in our party who stayed on menu were equally impressed. You could just come here for drinks.Parking was easy, valet or pay per hour next door.If you haven't been, you probably should get your butt over there!

Came here to celebrate my wife's birthday and they were simply amazing. They gave her a little gift bag with some goodies which was unbelievably thoughtful for a restaurant to do. Food and drinks were amazing and this is now one of our favorite Italian/anything places to eat at in Austin! Also was surprisingly affordable for how much we ordered and the quality of the dishes.
