Don't drown the wings in butter. Literally swimming in butter. When you are helping one customer and another comes out of nowhere and interrupts, please tell them "One minute and I'll be with you" instead of ignoring the first customer. Learn how to give proper refunds if you're going to do it at all. Proper customer service means when you can't solve a problem right then and there, you get the person's contact info, let them know you are escalating the situation and give them a time and date you will get back to them. Also, does corporate check the Little Caesar's Listens line at all? After nearly ten days I have not been receiving updates on how to get the refund that I was told I would get.
