As a new Yorker I am often disappointed by pizza I get when out of the north east. This is legit pizza. The sandwiches were also surprisingly good. The pastrami could give katz a run for their money
Man this place is amazing. Every time I've gone I am thoroughly impressed. Tucked into the Crestview neighborhood, this nice spot has all your deli favorites and does them all fantastically!All of their menu items have been highlights for me. But I have to give special recognition to their New Orleans Muffuletta and their Reuben sandwich. Best NY/NJ style pizza I’ve had in Austin and their subs are excellent. Has a pepperoni slice and split an Italian sub. The rolls they use to make the subs are fresh and monstrous- it’s not a budget sub, but unlike other joints charging similar prices, a large footlong here seems like it would be more than satisfying for even above-average appetites. I had been a few times years ago and they’ve still got it. I’ll be back to try the pastrami after a month or more of cardio....read full review
