It's fusion food, good but I wouldn't say the food was amazing or surprising. Great service and cool vibes and a good gathering place. But food itself was just "good."

I am very disappointed by the decline in the quality of the food and service compared to what it was when Loro first opened. The restaurant has been declining for a while now. Last time I went it hit a new low. I found a piece of metal in my food. I pointed it out to the staff. There was no apology and no display of concern at this safety hazard. I raised my complain again the manager. He was busy and lightly apologized and said he would comp the price of the dish. Then forgot to even do that. It’s sad because Loro used to be a great place to go.

One of my favorite spots I’ve hit in Austin. Unique menu, only tried the Karage and Brisket but looking forward to coming back to try other items. Karage was incredible, the ghost pepper aioli was one of best aiolis I remember eating recently. Brisket was great as well.Also a great outdoor space and a lot of open space. TVs everywhere else so great place to post up, eat, drink, and catch up with friends.

Love Loro, but getting disappointed with portioning. I’ve been eating this Tofu bowl for quite a while. It keeps getting more empty.Poured the sauce that comes with this into the bowl, shook it and as you will see. It looks 20-30% empty. $14 is kinda wild for a bowl with rice and tofu… ?Maybe time to find a new place.

If you want to wait an hour for the line to get in, an hour to order food/drinks, and an hour to get your food, this is the place for you.They have 4 bartenders to take the orders for everyone in the restaurant. What a dumb business model.
There is no table service here and it's more like a fast food restaurant.The dishes are a fusion of Asian and Texas BBQ which to me initially sounded bizarre but they are tasty and very well thought out and executed

Let me just say, that Sasha is the best waiter, employee ever! She made my buddy and I’s birthday amazing in our last night visiting town. She also had no idea it was our birthday the entire time. Food was amazing and I can’t say enough about Sasha! 25/10!

First time I come to the place to eat on the recommendation of a friend, but the cashier who just took care of me with short hair and tattoos took care of me reluctantly threw the table identification number on the counter, and then she did not want to take the order from my friend and asked another cashier "terminals to attend you" it seems to me that the attention was PESIMA I do not come again and that it hurts because the food was very delicious.

One of my favorites for outdoor dining—the patio is laidback & cozy. Food usually comes out pretty quickly and is always flavorful. Parking can be a little tricky.
