This is a great place to grab a fresh salad for a quick, healthy meal at the Austin airport. Fairly decent salad and bowls with a variety of greens and toppings to choose from. The Siam I am salad with fresh spinach, edamame, quinoa, carrots, tofu n peanuts was very filling.
The wrap my wife and I shared was the Annie Oakley, which was full of fresh ingredients, such as lettuce, avocado, chicken and a nice Ranch dressing. The portion was a little small for the price, but that is to be expected at an Airport. We'd have it again Service was quick and they went the extra mile to cut the wrap in two.

I had low expectations for this airport salad station but I ended up opting for a healthy option ahead of my flight. $14 salad +$1 fee for adding a teaspoon of Fritos to add some crunch. When I received my salad I noticed there were no strawberries and when I asked the worker behind the counter, he said they were "out of strawberries".
