Crowded drive-thru, I was given wrong order. Gave it back, but then they couldn't seem to find my order (perhaps given to car ahead of me?) They tried to (re)make my order for me but none of the customizations were present when I got it. Sympathetic to the mayhem, but the result was not the best for me this time.
