This is by far my favorite ice cream spot in Austin. I'm a huge sucker for matcha and this hit the SPOT. I got the matcha caramel flavor and it was amazing. It was rich, creamy, and the perfect amount of sweetness. I also got the oreo miso which was really good too!! It was my first time trying this flavor and it was surprisingly very tasty. It was salty and sweet kinda like salted caramel. The food truck itself looked very clean and aesthetic making the overall experience great!
My favorite ice cream from anywhere. I’m an Austin native but I moved away for school. Discovered this place after college, but I make a point to visit at least once every time I come home. They use quality ingredients and you can taste it in every flavor. They also switch out flavors from time to time and very inventive with their new offerings. Never tried a flavor I didn’t enjoy.
