I come to this place every time I come to Austin.I enjoy their their food very much. The atmosphere is something left to be desired. But they make up for it a good food and good service. I strongly recommend this place
Michi is always my go to for takeout ramen! It's not my favorite in austin but I think my second favorite:) the miso tonkotsu broth is insanely good. I get the build your own and it's so yummy. Their ajitame egg is so good aswell. Service is very fast and kind. I wouldn't get their karaage chicken because I've had better at other places but 5 stars because their ramen is where it's at. Also get the chili oil and black mayu garlic oil!!!

The broth is way too salty but lacked of other complex tastes.The default menus come with only the most basic toppings and you'll have to pay extras for everything else (like egg, seaweed, menma, etc. that are defaults at other places.) Even to get the pork belly chashu you will need to pay extra.
