Awesome experience! Loved the fire bomb that let you choose your spice level as you ate. The Karaage chicken was awesome as well.

The line may be long, it may take an hour sometimes to get in, but it’s more than worth it. I never just go to leave good reviews on my own accord, but the Crawmen (Crawfish Ramen) was the best ramen I’ve ever had, the gyoza was delicious, the service was extremely quick, patient, and friendly. 10/10

Fantastic ramen and how much you could customize the flavor with the flavor additions. The frozen mango slushie while we waited to be seated was also really nice.

They give you a number when ordering,(on a metal table stand) to carry to your table. They gave my friend his beer right away, but I had to wait for them to bring me mine. Took awhile. Then they forgot about my order. They realized they forgot and my friend was half-done his meal before mine arrived. The photo of the soup showed whole crawfish, but only small pieces were actually in the soup…and not much of it. Tasty but rather salty. Atmosphere was more social than private.

Went to this establishment twice in one week. First tried the miso-hot ramen, second the OG ramen + spicy bomb + brussel sprouts. Both bowls of ramen were delicious, although I did enjoy the OG ramen slightly more than the other.Their service is incredibly fast. Less than 5 minutes after getting a table, the bowl of ramen was placed in front of me.

Walked in around 5:30 for a new experience, menu was easy to follow. Both of us had the vegetarian/vegan ramen. I added an egg and fish cakes to mine. Wife got the curry ramen. Service was quick, food came out fast, SO GOOD! I wish I had a bigger stomach. We got the Brussels app and OH! How delicious to eat in between soup slurps. It came out after the ramen but the person at the register told us it might be that way.Had a lovely time, can’t wait to go back. Seating area was clean and there’s so much to take in. Lovely.Thank you Tatsuya!

I do not recommend this place, the two waitresses mistreated us from the moment we arrived, we asked them to clean the table and they left it super dirty, we asked them to clean it again and they threw a cloth at us so we could do it, we ordered beer and it seemed like they were doing us a favor I will not return to this place

This spot is about half an effort away from being good. Miles away from being great.Staff is wonderful, place is awesome. Why are the noodles so bad?! Raw flour taste, no flavor in broth. Please fix the noodles, just ask Sun Noodles for help. Chewy, stuck together, undercooked mess. The broth needs salt. Never thought I would say that about a ramen joint, but dudes, add some salt.Multiple locations should fund a trip for a chef to visit Japan, or at least New York or San Francisco, or even just a decent ramen spot to learn a little. Ramen is so easy to make, and difficult to master. More effort is required. I should have known better when I saw that this place doesn’t offer a straight shoyu broth. If you can’t shoyu, you can’t tonkatsu. You can’t ramen.

Top 3 ramen I’ve had. The chashu melted in your mouth, broth super flavorful, toppings fresh and plentiful.Only preference is for thicker noodles, but that’s personal taste.Edmame was overcooked and so salty it was inedible. Debated 4 stars for this, but honestly the ramen was too good. The apps also came out 5 mins after our meals… ?‍♂️

If you’ve eaten good ramen before, this is a sorely disappointing experience.Service was mediocre and the music was so loud it was impossible to stay at the restaurant for long.

Ramen #3 was amazing. So were the edamame and Brussel sprouts. The sake was good too. Staff was so friendly. The outdoor eating is so cool. Great place. Highly recommend.
