The moist brisket slapped! The smoked jalapeño sausage was also delicious! The short ribs were smoked to perfection with a delicious dry rub that had just a hint of heat. I found the green chili stew to be delicious, but spicy heat may be too much for most other people's palates. The cole slaw was a vinegar based sweet slaw. I loved it too.

Thought we would give Rudy's another shot...what a mistake. Not sure how you are out of pretty much everything an hour before you close. Rudy's will not get any of my family's or friends business again, what a shame.

I placed a large order online. It was for my granddaughter’s birthday party. When I got to Leander I had no sausage and no bbq sauce. I’d bought an entire bottle of sauce. Needless to say we were not very happy! You’d think that if you’d paid $165 for an order it would be right. From now on I’ll go to the 183 location. They’ve never failed me.
