Second time to a Rudy's and another great experience. Food was fresh, well seasoned, and enjoyable to eat. Sauces and sides were also good flavors. Recommend as a go to BBQ.
Hey it's Rudy's and it's excellent. From what I can tell the food is very consistent across the locations in Austin. I think the brisket, the sausage links and the chopped are great. The price is fair for the quality. Some sides are better than others, try a few. And they always give you free bread slices as you wish. Great set up, lines move fast. Very good service at the counters.

The moist brisket slapped! The smoked jalapeño sausage was also delicious! The short ribs were smoked to perfection with a delicious dry rub that had just a hint of heat. I found the green chili stew to be delicious, but spicy heat may be too much for most other people's palates. The cole slaw was a vinegar based sweet slaw. I loved it too.
