I placed an order via Too Good to Go last Saturday and drove out there from Buda with my kids for fun. The person who worked there was very rude. My order was scheduled for pickup between 1 - 2 p.m. I pulled up at 2, and the open sign was on. I loaded my order on the app and drove through. The employee took 2 minutes to come to the window and then wouldn't open it, just kept signing closed. After about a minute of pointing at my phone (and smilling, I was not upset at all), he opened the window and said, "We're closed, no orders." I explained that I wasn't placing an order but picking up a leftovers order from Too Good to Go. He just kept saying, "We close at 2" over and over while I was explaining this. Then he pointed to my phone angrily and said see it says right there 2 o'clock." I said," So you dont have the order set aside for me or anything even though it's only 3 minutes after 2? " He said "No we're closed" and closed the window. It was a nasty experience all with my two young girls in the car. When we left, the girls were disappointed and kept asking why that man was so mad at me. We love Shipley's but may just stick to other locations that have more proffesional employees.

Kolaches were overcooked and donuts were fine. Not as good as other Shipley locations but not the worst either.
Good priced donuts and kolaches and open on Sunday's too. Got the cream filled donut and bacon/egg/cheese/potato kolache. Both were very good in size and flavor and were given to me warm. Even though I came in early afternoon, they still tasted fresh. They also have drive through service which is great on cold days or hot Texas summers.
Way overpriced and employees need to be friendlier, especially the Asian woman.

The guy working the window with locks gave nothing but attitude and side eye the whole time, misheard my order and gave me two extra kolaches when I said two regular coffees so I ended up paying for two extra kolaches instead of two coffees and then had to pay for the two coffees as well.When I had to reorder the two coffees he was clearly irritated and barely said anything.I’ll go across the street next time and get much better kolaches at another store.No, thank you.
