We ordered pizza delivery from Shortie's via the Slice app from their website. Order placed for 6:30pm on a Thursday evening. I contacted the company at various points inquiring about our order:6:30pm: Service Rep said pizza was finishing up in the oven6:45pm: Service Rep said pizza was out for delivery7:15pm: Service Rep cancelled the order and said they would be unable to fulfill our order.Ordered several pizzas for a group coming over. Had to resort to Costco mini frozen pizzas as a back up.The company refunded our money but offered no other resolution.Very disappointed. I remember the pizza being very good but I do not recommend delivery.

GhormehSabzi Pizza and Ganoush Pizza and persian ice cream sandwich was the best you can ever have. You just don't know what you are missing. The chef Amir was there himself and was able to answer our questions. We will go back again.
Visited Shortie's again to try the limited time Ghormeh Sabzi pizza (braised short rib herb stew cheese blend, shirazi - cucumber, tomato, and onion) for Persian New Year. It is definitely different, but good, especially if you love Ghormeh Sabzi. The twig and branch pizza is also good, but sweet. While I enjoyed most of the ingredients (Texas olive oil, arugula, texas goat cheese, prosciutto, sour cherry preserve, umami chili oil) the prosciutto was a bit hard to chew. The shorties chopped salad is delicious and perfectly dressed. The service and vibe is good. I will definitely return for that salad and to try a different pizza again!

The BEST pizza I’ve ever had. The absolute BEST. My favorite pizza EVER… hands down!!! They also have a seasonal pizza called Ghormesabzi that I am absolutely in love with. Special thanks to the chef and creator of this particular pizza with the level of creativity…. You’ve made my entire year with this pizza. 100000% recommend this place. Both take out and dine in.

The little chef vegan pizza is to die for! It’s the only way I’ll consume eggplant otherwise. Some of the pies are loaded, but the quality of ingredients lets the little chef shine. Happy hour W-F 4-6 is also an amazing deal!! I come out with a full pizza for half off!Dietary restrictions: One vegan option on the new menu, but little chef was available to order last time I visited so hopefully it stays available! Can build your own pizza as well with the same toppings if needed. Gluten free cauliflower crust also available via build-your-own.

Service is hit or miss. Sometimes great, sometimes not so. Pizza and salads are delicious.
Pizza was not cooked enough when served. Reheated in the Air Fryer over several made it crisp and very enjoyable. The Italian sausage was great.

This place is truly a hidden gem. Great food. Great service. Ambiance is perfect. I've never seen them packed. Highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner on any night.

The wife and I recently made the decision to start venturing out to different pizza joints, as none is like the other. Sauce and more importantly the Crust defines the whole experience when eating a good pie. Shorties attracted us with 2 things....Smoked Pepperoni and Cast Iron pans....For starts, the place is really cool looking, great outdoor patio and the staff was super friendly....And of course we had to order some munchies....First off was the Mozzarella Sticks, which had a great flavor, terrific sauce But definitely could have been warmer as they were missing that epic cheese pull that we were looking for...Next was the Cheesy Bread which was Amazing...The focaccia was so fluffy, although one piece had zero cheese on it. As for the Pies, the wife had the Pepp In yo Step and myself I went with the Punisher. Over all flavor was great, sauce was very tasty....Pepperoni didn't have a distinct smokey flavor, but still very good...The are more like a Pepperoni cup that hold the delicious renderings from the pepperoni which is where the Parm comes in. My Pie was great but a little light on the toppings...Loved the spicy sausage....We really hoping the crust would have been crisper thru and thru, but it seemed they could have used a few more minutes...The crispy edges were very tasty and made for great leftovers the next day.

We love this pizza! So unique (whole wheat focaccia crust), and they have both traditional and some different toppings to try. Ingredients are top notch always! We usually get a salad and a pizza to share. This one was the eggplant one - so rich and delicious! Unlike anything else in town. They also have a large outdoor patio with a great sunset view and patio games. Usually no problem getting a table.

SHORTIE'S JUST ROCKS! You know what's cool about Austin's pizza? Like you know that taste? The perfect crust and combination of your favorite toppings all in one bite, it's the perfect comfort food! But what's cool is that there's all different kinds in Austin! We're so damn lucky!!!! I love Shortie's rooftop vibe and the staff is great too! Well, gotta go! My food's here.
