Visited Shortie's again to try the limited time Ghormeh Sabzi pizza (braised short rib herb stew cheese blend, shirazi - cucumber, tomato, and onion) for Persian New Year. It is definitely different, but good, especially if you love Ghormeh Sabzi. The twig and branch pizza is also good, but sweet. While I enjoyed most of the ingredients (Texas olive oil, arugula, texas goat cheese, prosciutto, sour cherry preserve, umami chili oil) the prosciutto was a bit hard to chew. The BEST pizza I’ve ever had. The absolute BEST. My favorite pizza EVER… hands down!!! They also have a seasonal pizza called Ghormesabzi that I am absolutely in love with. Special thanks to the chef and creator of this particular pizza with the level of creativity…. You’ve made my entire year with this pizza. 100000% recommend this place. Both take out and dine in.

GhormehSabzi Pizza and Ganoush Pizza and persian ice cream sandwich was the best you can ever have. You just don't know what you are missing. The chef Amir was there himself and was able to answer our questions. We will go back again.
