My Caesar's salad was unique the cutons was made out of cheesey grits and the outside of the cuton had the perfect crunch the Caesar dressing so far is the best I've tasted...yummy! Only thing I would change... cutting up the lettuce a little bit...friendly service and clean

The patio is awesome! So cool even though it’s very hot outside! The bartender is so friendly too. The fries were crunchy and salty and perfect. I got a very good burger too. Tbh we split it because we were drinking and it was going to be too much food for one person. They split it for us and everything. Awesome experience!

Some of the best cornbread and the omelettes are cooked just right. The Denver omelette is worth the money. Plenty of coffee, great location on South Congress. Probably the preferred cafe on the street after doing the rounds

Yummy food and awesome Austin vibe. The staff was friendly and prompt. The cafe is in a great spot too, right smack in the middle of SoCo. We were able to walk out and shop for a bit after eating. Will definitely visit again.

It was Sunday, so of course there was a 30 minute wait. But that really just shows how in demand SCC is. The crab cakes were lovely, the drinks were refreshing, & the three of us split the carrot cake french toast. It was decadent, & worth it.
Get the carrot cake French toast, end of story. Could easily split it for the table and have individual savory dishes for the rest of the meal. Blackened red fish tacos were also very tasty, but portion of fish was a bit small. Croquette looked absolutely phenomenal and French fries were tasty. Ceviche had great flavors and again, very well done. Bloody Mary’s were a bit meh, had a slight kick to them but felt a bit watered down. Would definitely recommend folks to go for a good meal, fun vibe with good service!

Went on a Friday with a group of 4. Staff was very inattentive and I had to ask multiple times for utensils and straws. Overall energy towards my group was very off. Like we were welcomed but not wanted, I’m not sure. Other 3 at the table liked their food which (for them) made up for the lack of service. I did not enjoy my food at all. I had the BLT which was super dry and the candied bacon tasted burnt and hard. It was my first time have candied bacon so I’m not sure if what I tasted was the natural taste or what but I was not pleased. They also made a problem out of the $3 or $5 ( I forgot) mimosas. I called beforehand to check if they still have were serving brunch and the special mimosas because we arrived around 2:40 and they stopped at 3:00z The girl on the phone said yes. But when I got there they were acting like they had no idea what I was talking about. I was just going to let it go because it wasn’t that big of a price difference but they were insistent on figuring out where I got the info from, even brought out the manager to confront me and my table. 1/5 stars FOR ME is generous. Won’t return

decided to check this place out last Sunday, since its close to home and i can safely say it was the first and last time. we were “greeted” by the staff by telling us they had an hour wait (waited 30 min) who clearly seemed like they did not want to be there, extremely monotone and it seemed like they also did not want us there. once we got seated we were close to the door and could tell both of the host and hostess were just greeting people with the same wait time and ugly demeanor. after 30 min of waiting for a waiter, it took over an hour for our food to get the table.
