The oldest restaurant on Congress for a reason. This place stands the test of time. The food is hot, fresh, authentic and always delivered by the most professional, courteous weight staff. It's beautiful and romantic, but also loud and bustling if you're meeting friends. I'm decently sure the supply might be the most important dish in Austin. This was my family's first time dining at Vespaio. I would say it was good, but not amazing. The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff were nice. My wife really liked the Lasagna and everyone liked the Risotto balls. All the other dishes were just unimpressive. The octopus was slightly overcooked and in too much sauce.
