This is hands down the WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I normally wait til 8am and walk into the Target to order Starbucks or I’d rather get McDonald’s or gas station coffee than deal with this location. It wasn’t as bad until they remodeled. Last time I got drinks here my partner had a cold drink and I had a hot one. The line for the hot drinks was backed up so while my partners cold drink sat there melting and getting watered down, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my drink. When I asked a Barista why my other drink didn’t come out I was told with and attitude “we have a hot line and a cold line” like really. I’m not sure what happened to making drinks as they are ordered but apparently this Starbucks missed the memo. They should close and start all the way over because this one is not it.

My Mom & I are loyal customers here ??♀️ Customer service is outstanding! The baristas here make us feel like family. Each of them have memorized both our orders & don’t even have to ask us what we want. They know as soon as they see us walk in. Keep up the great work, guys!! ????

It was 2nd visit to this location. After placing my order for coffee when I sat down on chair, I found the floor dirty. I doubted to myself and when I looked the floor carefully, it was showing that it’s not been cleaned for at least few days. I was uncomfortable but had no choice at that time.

I came to charge my phone. Got my coffee, then realised that their charge stations don’t work. Omg
Tuesday 8:28pm cashier just added $1 tip to my total and did not give me a receipt. My total was 6.28, she purposely charged me an extra dollar to tip herself. Please check cameras, she must be doing this to a lot of customers. I don’t mind tipping but I should not be forced without my permission.

Came in to get a chai latte with oat milk and I watched the barista pour my drink short and fill the rest up with hot water. I was running late for work and too embarrassed to ask them to remake it. So I have a watered down drink that was almost $8 that I cannot drink. Very disappointing service and I won’t be back to this location.
