It was my first time stopping at this location. They had a system like all other Starbucks (place your order and wait until your name is called), but it wasn't working well with inside customers. It appeared that they were prioritizing app customers first, and the orders were sitting there clogging up space on the counter in alphabetical order. Closer to my house but I won’t be back. The staff just acted like they couldn’t care less and just gave an off vibe. Then when I got my food, they didn’t even let me pretend it was fresh, it was still in the plastic bag they get it delivered in, with the normal Starbucks sleeve on-top. Nothing was made wrong just a depressing vibe overall

It was 2nd visit to this location. After placing my order for coffee when I sat down on chair, I found the floor dirty. I doubted to myself and when I looked the floor carefully, it was showing that it’s not been cleaned for at least few days. I was uncomfortable but had no choice at that time.
