Love this location it's the only one in Austin that makes drinks well! Such an enjoyable atmosphere too! The staff are friendly, attentive and polite! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

RUDE!!!! The screen looks like it was open. Didn’t say anything about being closed. I sat at the window while two girls just laughed, ignoring me, even though they clearly knew I was sitting right there and then Eventually looked at me like I was an idiot and made faces at me. Like it’s so hard to come to a window and say we’re closed ma’am. Disgusting.

I came in multiple times today with large orders and Delaney and Lauren were SO helpful!! Wonderful wonderful staff who were so kind and helpful and fast. Best service I’ve gotten from Starbucks in a long time!! :)

I instantly smelled smoke when I walked in the building. Went straight to the bathroom and it both were absolutely atrocious. Saw a pack of cigarettes on the floor. Instantly gave me a headache. Ordered and told the person at the counter about it and she told her supervisor named Alyssa (not sure the spelling) and Alyssa rudly said no one is smoking in there but there is a pack of cigarettes on the floor.... wtf I'm allergic to smoke and it made me nauseous

Management really needs to step up here. It’s 7:15 in the morning there’s not one person in the store. There are three people in the drive-through and the front door is locked and their mobile ordering is turned off and there are six employees standing around chitchatting in the middle of the production area zero focus on the customer and the customer needs at this location… I’m out I’ll find an entirely different coffee store, not a Starbucks,

Drive thru service... even with a line to the street..went pretty fast...
I went through the drive thru and was really surprised by how long it took. This location is typically very quick and friendly, but the barista at the window was rude and took a long time to get me my order. They weren’t wearing a name tag and ignored me when I asked for their name. I’ve never had such a negative experience at this location.
