The store randomly will only have the drive through open (even though the front door says the hours of operation) I guess due to short staff issues...kinda inconvenient because there is very little room to form a line with cars.

I come here everyday, the coffee used to be good but I think they changed management or something and it's just nasty now, don't even bother telling them to fill your coffee all the way cause they will act like you're trying to get something free out of it the pic is after ONE SIP basically got a cup of ice with a splash of coffee for 7$

Horrible! Don’t go here unless you want to waste your money. Purchased the usual 2 Venti White Chocolate Mochas to surprise my wife with a hot cup of coffee… When I get home, to our disbelief, the Venti is actually somewhere between a Tall or Grande not the Venti(s) I paid for. And to top it all off, it is WATERED DOWN COFFEE. Yep I kid you not. Thanks for nothing Starbucks. Guess I will be going to Dutch Bros from here on out.

I get you right next to the airport, but at least have some customer service acknowledging your customer. I stood at the register waiting for somebody for five minutes counted. One woman was making drinks not even making contact with me. Another was cleaning the counters, and another was pretending to read the menu or something, just another rundown Starbucks
They were busy this morning when I stopped in! But they were kind, courteous, professional, "a well oiled machine" of hardwork & teamwork that helps restore my faith in humanity ?

This is my go to place but today I had horrible service at the drive thru around 4:50pm I’m guessing it was a new girl they have been having the buy one and get one free on weekends for members I had her scan my membership and asked to apply the coupon she said it was too late to apply and to next time tell her on time that I had to purchase a small in able to get one free which is not true I always get venti sized drinks and she took about 10 min to try to apply the coupon and at the end she ended up charging me $11.00 for one chocolate chip frappe so im guessing she did not apply the coupon since my total was going to be $5.75 what I regularly pay my order was wrong they made it super sweet when I clearly said only one pump mocha will not be going back because of the horrible customer service!

First time to order in this location and always had mocha at starbucks. I ordered for a pickup and it doesn't tasted right. It was bland like it's not 6 pumps of chocolate sauce. Like it was an almost empty bottle of chocolate sauce and they just put water in it type of bland. Sorry but disappointed. I only order Mocha in starbucks almost everyday so I know how it should taste and it doesn't look right too with the oil on top. It looks like the oleato oil been put in it. I could have gone back to get a new cup but I have to go to work. I don't mean to be rude but I'm just trying to get a coffee before starting my day hopefully making it better but it didn't.

I order ahead like I always do because I thought I was gonna go inside to pick up my drink and for no reason this place is closed in the inside and only the drive-tru which I had to make a big line so by the time I picked up my drink that I Ordered through my mobile it was not hot. I guess I won’t be heading to this particular place anymore.
