We're from Louisiana and love, love, love Sweet Caroline's! Their snow balls, yes we say snow balls are the best we've found in Austin!!! They remind us of home!! The staff is sweet and bend over backwards to be helpful. I once bought my 9 year old a snow ball and immediately she dropped it. I went back to buy another but they wouldn't accept my money. We always love a quick dessert from Sweet Caroline's in the summer! This location is usually pretty quick, has easy parking and most of all - tasty treats! Bubble Gum and Cotton Candy are my faves! This was the perfect follow up to a spicy bbq dinner.
