The whole experience was lovely and our waiter, Emily, was the best. The main complaint that I had was that the Caesar salad, though good, was embarrassingly small especially considering it was $18. Lettuce is inexpensive and considering that the lobster bisque was $19, a decent portion with lots of lobster chunks, the salad should have been at least twice as big or more for the price. The salad portion was ridiculously small!
Dropped in late one evening as bar served a limited menu. We went for salads, sides and wine which were all very good. They had a great list of wines by the glass and prices were a good value (compared to price gauging in NJ). Service was light but not bad and ambiance was what you would expect in an old school Texas steakhouse.

We had an excellent time Dining at the Driskill for our anniversary meal. Service by Emily was top-notched and the food was good. Recommend the steak tartare and halibut. Lovely evening all around and would definitely book again!
