The truth is that the service is bad, me and my family came at 9:25 pm, they had us sitting on the benches at the entrance for about 15 minutes, then the waiter took the order, it's already 10:20 pm and they brought us the food. I prefer this place over others places I’ve been in Austin but as of late my order via doordash have been incomplete, I order a combo DIDNT receive fries and today I scheduled my order for a later time, was notified that my food was being prepared and when my driver went to pick it up he was informed that they did not have what I ordered and I had to be refunded! What was the point of saying it was being prepared in first place if that was the case? I was ordering it for lunch...read full review

I love the meltdown but have never been to this location…. And Ummm my simple grilled cheese was literally a piece of American cheese on bread… do NOt recommend this location. My bf got one with un cooked bacon. We did get a complete refund but not worth the time. Go to the other location
