Every single time I visit Thundercloud Subs at Lake Austin I'm blown away with the customer service. Everyone is happy to be there and they have such great vibes. I've been during busy hours and when it's steady. Every time they never disappoint. I love all the armadillos everywhere and they always play soothing music. The sandwiches were yummy but I didn’t like having to pay extra for pickles. Seems like a sandwich staple. Tomato, onion and lettuce are included, with condiments, all other toppings are extra.

Being new to Texas and craving a sandwich, I saw this place driving by and thought id try it. All the staff was super friendly and kind. The lady that made my sandwich offered great suggestions which made my Italian sandwich phenomenal! She threw in a carrot cake for me to try since I had ever been. Wow!! Absolutely amazing! I'll be back for both! Love supporting local especially when the experience is this great! Definitely recommend!
