I typically love stopping here after a class I take two nights a week for just a simple order of 2-3 cookies, (don't even need to be warmed up!) but last night I was beyond surprised that my super easy order could not be taken care of, or at least asked by an employee what I needed prior to the only employee going to the back and processing a very large order of ice cream sandwiches and a few dozen cookies. I waited for ten minutes and finally left the store. Disappointing. I understand that the store was understaffed and sympathize with the employee who had to work alone but a simple acknowledgement to let me know that it would be a while would be appreciated. I always order several dozen cookies in advance for events/ celebrations but I was disappointed off by the customer service last night.
