Giving 5 stars for the awesome service from James this afternoon. He did a great job helping me find a nice crossbody bag. And even had the tag embossed with my initials. Tumi’s crossbody bag selection isn’t what it used to be though. They need to bring back the Voyager Canton!! Best bag ever!
