“I've been to both Subways in Azle in the last few days and let me tell you I will chose the subway inside Walmart any day over the other one down the street. The manager is an absolute sweetheart and treats her customers beyond right! I will gladly fight the Walmart parking lot traffic just to come here. Most of the staff are pretty sweet too which tells me she probably trained them!“
“This whataburger location always serves hot, fresh food. We have dined in many times and the staff keeps the restaurant very clean, they work to make sure orders are correct and served as timely as possible. We appreciate having a quick place to get a good burger in Azle.“
“I walked in around closing time. Dakota greeted me. Very respectful young man by the way. The other guy Ramises...(I'm so sorry if I spelled this wrong) he was very respectful as well. They both made my night and just having small conversations with them and asking about their days, made their night. My sandwich was made nicely, no complaints. I have read other people's comments, but in this world, we should show respect and kindness. Kindness goes a long way. You never know who may need a smile and you never know what that person could be going through. Thank you Dakota for being such a respectful young man. You'll go far in life and I wish you nothing but success. Rami...(I'll just call you this for now)...but I wish you success as well in this journey that we call life. “It's Taco Bell. Most know the food, so I will review the location. They were upgrading the outside at my visit, so the lobby was closed. The drive-through is quit curved, so you must pull in well. The staff at this location has always been consistently friendly and nice. They are accurate. This location has Diet Dr. Pepper, so they are A+, in my opinion.Parking: The parking lot is small“
“Well me and my family are never going back here. Zero star if possible. Chase, a manager there, did nothing but argue and make excuses for an employee who wouldn't say a single word during the order. Slammed the window after throwing the food out the window, luckily my mom caught it. They then proceeded to ignore her after forgetting a drink that was sitting on the counter for almost 5 mins even after hitting her horn multiple times. After finally getting her to answer the window, she opened the open window pushed the drink out she had already made. She had it before she opened the window so she knew she had forgotten it then slammed the window again. My mom had to clean all the outside of the drinks of a black dirt like substance. Again when we call up to explain this, the only thing the manager can say is excuse after excuse. Hadnt even spoken with the employee yet. He brought up off the wall facts as if she had attacked the employee saying they have already had an employee assaulted last week and we're taking the matter seriously. This had nothing to do with the fact the employee was being hateful and ignoring customers. Not to mention tossing food out of the window without so much as a goodbye. And busting a coke open when she hatefully pushed it out the window. All of this for literally no reason. No wrong food. No long wait. Just a horrible excuse for an employee The manager then proceeded to tell us we are no longer welcome. And that he was going to call the police when we said we wanted to return for a refund. Sunday the 14th 3:00. Place is a joke. 3 stars and falling should tell you this place has major problems. Edit: Just bit into the damn burger guess what plain and dry? Nope everything that comes on it. I've got plain and dry since I had an opinion on it. We dont forget to order it that way. Ever. Thanks for ruining more than the food.“
“I'm going to give all five stars because it's a small Arby's with limited employees in a small city.They will run out of something and I don't understand this because you would think that they would have a plan like you know what we sell more than what we thought we would now is that logistics on getting the food things like that I don't know.If you don't go through the drive-thru and you do take out make sure you check your bag before you leave so you don't get mad or just check your bag at the drive-thru also just take a what 30 seconds.Because it gets away come up on the screen they get a lot of drive-thru they don't realize it someone might misinterpret the screen for a takeout and you might get a mixed bag or the wrong order.And this is because they're getting new people it seems like all the time.So be patient there. Number one though any other food I've gotten it's been good.Parking: The whole place around it is a parking lot lolWheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility on one side of the building. This Arby's is connected to a gas station. Exxon.“
“So glad to have Papa John’s in Azle. This isn’t the easiest location to get in and out of because it’s a little far back in the shopping center. But the pizza was great and delivery was fast. But if you really want fast… Go and pick it up for yourself. Finally! There’s a pizza place that’s not Gross Domino’s or Pizza Hut!“
“The manager jayci or employee was phenomenal. Took care of my families order and took care of any of our needs we had. Went completely over and beyond to make sure we were set with our order. If she is not a manager she is manager material.“
“With few options in town, Taco casa is our favorite strictly for the outstanding environment these employees continue to create. Melody is often our first interaction as we walk in, always greeted with a smile and wished a good day on our way out. 10/10 on all aspects of service with this location.“
