The food wasn't bad. But the place was a little trashy and the lobby wasn't stocked properly. The kitchen staff was playing music very loudly that I doubt the rest of the restaurant wanted to hear. Also overheard them telling another customer they don't give refunds anymore. You have to accept a voucher that they put in the system for your next visit ?. I wasn't surprised to get on here and see they already have bad reviews. I guess the owner doesn't care.
I have to say that I was surprised and impressed at the quality of food available at Long John Silver's in Azle. As a combo location with KFC it produces possibly the highest quality fast food fare from a nationwide chain in my hometown.Orders from KFC or Long John's are always hot, fresh and tasty. I went in the Azle location wanting grilled salmon and discovered long John silvers doesn't sell any grilled food at this location. I was surprised and confused. U would think every fast food restaurant would sell something healthy to eat. To help your revenue and or gain more customers.
