“I ordered uber eats and my order was bad probably due to the time it took to get to my house but upon talking to the jack in the box they were very nice and understanding and offered to make it right this is by far the best customer service I've received at any fast food chain regarding a delivery Paola was very helpful and will be coming back 10/10“

“We love The Spot in Galveston. This was a little more laid back and more like a traditional restaraunt with a waiter where you order from the menu at your table. Less crowded than the Galveston location. It was a good experience and the food was great. It's nice to have The Spot without having to go all the way to Galveston.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: There is a patio with a small area for kids to play. It may get a little wild if you're sitting right next to that area and there are several kids playing.“

“We walked in and immediately greeted by Marina and Chris both woth a warm welcome. First time here Marina explained the specials and had visual plates to reference.Food was fantastic!!! “We drive from pasadena to texas city, just for these burgers. 1/3 lb. is PERFECT.I hate 1/2 lb burgers. It's too much! Remember people, half your customers are girls! Love the onion rings. One of these days we will try something else on the menu. I bet it's just as great.“
