This place has got to do better. After hearing my sister rant and rave about how great they were, we decided to try it........ mistake #1. After sitting in the drive through 20 minutes, we finally got to the menu to order..... the person at the mic did not know if the pumpkin spice latte was sweetened...... mistake #2- how do you not know what you are selling..... get to the window to pay and get our food and coffee, they made my coffee the wrong size, shorted us a hash brown, but swore they put it in the bag..... it wasnt there. After arguing with the girl, they told us to pull up, where we were bombarded by some woman talking to us about the date program...... at 8:30 am on a saturday with no coffee. Another employee comes out all pissy cuz we made her bring us our other order of hashbrowns, and makes a snide comment about how we didnt pay...... um, no one asked for our card at the window, even though ben was holding it in his hand! We pull away thinking that was the end of the worst experience ever ....... but wait, theres more! Ben's breakfast sandwich was not what he ordered at all, the hashbrowns and the coffee tasted burnt, and even after I asked for sweetener in my coffee, I got none......... screw Dunkin Donuts...... never again will we waste time and money on this place. ..... #shouldastuckwithstarbucks
