I was impressed but my only complaint was that my food was cold and a little soggy by the time I got to it and I live right down the street. I also ordered it ahead of time and was there for pickup early. Food was still delicious though and if I had more energy I could warm it up. Maybe next time I’ll dine in. Give it a try!
This place has so much potential that it gives me high hopes for Bastrop’s local business owners. The bakery confections and treats were beautifully decorated. The temptation was strong to break my summer diet and purchase multiple lime bars. We ordered our wedding "cake" from Johnson's Bakery and absolutly loved it. Insted of cake we wanted a tiered cookie cake. They still had a lot of options of flavors for us. We got the chocolate chip cookie with vanilla buttercream and chocolate buttercream. Everyone at the wedding was very impressed with our cookie cake! As a cookie cake lover, this was the BEST cookie cake I have ever had!! I highly recommend!
