I saw this place had cracklins that looked like the ones I ate in Louisiana, so I went by and picked up some to try them. Delicious! A couple had skin that was a little hard to eat, but I didn't mind, because they tasted like they were supposed to!I went back that afternoon and got Shrimp Creole (best my friends & I'd ever had) and Crayfish Ettouffe (delicious) with Smothered Cabbage (yummy) and Green Beans - plus Rice. Superb! I ordered the cracklins and crawfish etouffee and both were great! I've never had etouffee and didn't know what to expect. It had a bit of a kick and was perfectly seasoned. I didn't feel the need to add anything to it. The cracklins were cooked to perfection as well...crispy skin, tender meat, and juicy fat. The owner is very friendly and is great at what he does! I cannot wait to try more of the menu!

Dined at the picnic table. Wonderful dishes. Can ask for spicy seasonings to be added, or use hot sauces on table.... Prepared for non spicy eaters. Will be back for more. Excellent!
