This restaurant needs to be closed down like asap. They make popeyes looks so bad and popeyes is absolutely good everywhere else. I ordered $20 worth of food, chicken was old and impossible to bite into… fries were soaked in grease (def a health hazard) and it took about 20 mins to get my food. They have nun but illegal Mexicans working there and we all know mexicans cant fry fing chicken.

I ordered the spicy chicken but it wasn't. They gave me spicy replacement, no problem. However behind the counter there was food and trash all over the floor. The place they kept french fries had fries all over the counter around lt. If I was alone I would have gotten a refund and left.

Store is run by ESL people who do not care, have no customer service skills, do not clean up the restaurant (nearly slipped and fell, and they could not be bothered to clean it up), and have no manager to run the business, Food was overpriced, popcorn shrimp was dried out and tough, and they didn't have bottled water in stock.

First of all, let me start of by saying there were 9 people in front of us, so I will give the staff a little leeway in the speed of service rating. With that being said, the is one of the slowest Popeyes I've ever eaten at. Almost 15 minutes from the time we ordered to the time the food was ready. The chicken was hot, but the tenders were only warm. Sides were fine, biscuits were only warm. Unfortunately, we had ordered dark meat for the two piece chicken and we didn't get both dark meat. We usually have a nice experience at Popeyes, but this one let us down.

At noon on a Sunday?!?! Really??? This place is the worst. The drive thru kid gave me rice with juice and claimed it was red beans and rice. The chicken was completely cold and soggy with grease. I asked for the manager and he said he was in charge. I asked for his name and he said he wasn’t going to tell me. So I took his pic before he jumped behind the glass to hide from me. Unbelievable!
