I ordered the spicy chicken but it wasn't. They gave me spicy replacement, no problem. However behind the counter there was food and trash all over the floor. The place they kept french fries had fries all over the counter around lt. If I was alone I would have gotten a refund and left.
First of all, let me start of by saying there were 9 people in front of us, so I will give the staff a little leeway in the speed of service rating. With that being said, the is one of the slowest Popeyes I've ever eaten at. Almost 15 minutes from the time we ordered to the time the food was ready.
