It's one of the best taqueria around. Anytime I'm going thru Bastrop, this is a stop I plan on making to have some lunch! Very good food every time and very friendly staff!
If you like carne asada / bistec steak tacos this is your spot! Tacos are decent in size, seasoned well topped with onions and cilantro. Add a squirt of lime and green hot sauce and your taste buds will be swirling with authentic Mexican flavors. I loved the tacos! I was a little disappointed in the gordita because the gordita was way too thick. There was something in it that smelled odd, like sweaty clothes. It wasn't for me personally. I look forward to trying other foods from here, though.
