It's just extremely average. The service was very meh, food is ok but overpriced for what it is. Probably won't come back here again.Also I don't like scan to pay, we wanted to use 2 cards and it wouldn't let me. I was trying to find our waitress but she was no where to be found. We got impatient and left only paying on one. Not happy.

We went here specifically to have dinner and watch the Astros. We felt a little neglected by our waitresses but the food was great. The audio and video on the TV's were out of sync by 15-30 seconds so that was frustrating. We mentioned this and they said they were aware and looking into it.

I love your wings. Up until recently, I was a long-time bar customer (two-three times per week) $25 wings plus $15 beer plus a $10 tip. Suddenly, very negative service happened, and I stopped going to the bar. I love your wings, so I switched to take out, still two-three times per week. $25 wings plus $0 beer plus $2 tip. I would not recommend the bar.

The table originally was dirty. Then it was sauce on the menus ?. Men’s bathroom dirty. It’s just what you expect from a Baytown location. The waitress coughing in her hand while taking orders. My wife and I order came out separate. Fries were cold. Drinks were great. No wet wipes for fingers.

I questioned why the reviews at this place were so low, I love BWWs! I placed a pick up order here for me and 2 other people and I most definitely see why the ratings are so low. The location is extremely slow, they mess up orders frequently. They forgot fries on one of our combos and forgot to give me all the extra sides of ranch I paid extra for and the ones that came with the wings were in tiny containers and weren’t even filled up half way. I don’t know about you but I ain’t eating no wings without some ranch my man…gotta have it. I went here with my wife and 2 friends to dine in a while back as well and as you would expect, the service is extremely slow, good luck getting refills and if you’re planning on walking in already hungry, find somewhere else to go because you will be waiting. I had to wait for the pickup order 30 minutes past the ready to pickup time on the app which was already 30 minutes after placing it on the app. People coming in 15-20 minutes after me getting their food before me. Looks like a lack of well trained staff and organization.
