I like Chipotle, especially the one on I-10 East in Baytown(part of chambers county/Harris county line), the ladies are super nice, they get the orders done quickly, the portions are adequate and the restaurant is clean. What I like the best, they make the giant quesadillas on the spot. Other then having to repeat yourself multiple times and/or just having to point to the items you wanted on your dish due to the servers not understanding English very well, the food was still good.

Can't get a live person on the phone when their website is having ordering issues and you have a huge catering order. You ruined a corporate event because of your automated ordering system and not being able to talk to a live person in a short amount of time. Once I said CATERING, I got a live person and she had no interest in talking to me about an order I needed. SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE. I will never order from this place again.
