Can't get a live person on the phone when their website is having ordering issues and you have a huge catering order. You ruined a corporate event because of your automated ordering system and not being able to talk to a live person in a short amount of time. Once I said CATERING, I got a live person and she had no interest in talking to me about an order I needed. SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE. I will never order from this place again.

The young girl didn't have a receipt paper nor did she remember to give me my cup. The change was even incorrect. It's definitely not the Chipotle I remember.

Their doors are ridiculous you have to pull with like 100 lb of weight in fact they're so ridiculous that the door facing 146 broke its handle and they still haven't fixed it after like 3 weeks fix your doors

I like Chipotle, especially the one on I-10 East in Baytown(part of chambers county/Harris county line), the ladies are super nice, they get the orders done quickly, the portions are adequate and the restaurant is clean. What I like the best, they make the giant quesadillas on the spot. I don't understand, if you go to other locations you have to order them on the app.. they have the stuff to make the giant burritos and they have to heat those up as well as the child quesadillas, yet they refuse?Thank you Baytown Chipotle
Other then having to repeat yourself multiple times and/or just having to point to the items you wanted on your dish due to the servers not understanding English very well, the food was still good.

Unfortunately, there was a young Hispanic man in front of me, a Hispanic man behind and young Hispanic females working the counter.Both Hispanic men received 2 large helpings of meat in their bowls, while I, a white man, received 1 mediocre scoop and barely enough to cover the tip of another!Won’t be back!
