“This is my favorite Dairy Queen in Baytown. The owner always greets us at the drive-thru window and he usually remembers the customers. Absolute best burger in fast food the meat is seasoned and the vegetables are always fresh. The North Main location is the best in Baytown hands down.“

“The staff here are very professional and courteous. If you're in Baytown and you're wanting to visit a Dairy Queen. This is the location, I would suggest. The new one on Garth road near Academy is run by a bunch of kids, with no real supervision.“
“Would be 5 stars if the owner was more professional about her job, talking on the phone, ignoring customers that need assistance. I went today 3/16/24. While I was waiting to pay she comes rushing over asking if I needed something but very rudely! I said I needed to pay but I guess I could just walk out. Anyways! Just a very rude owner as a cashier. The food is great love the ice cream and love the employees there. They seem to not like her either lol“
“I hit this place 2 minutes before close for a chocolate shake the staff was great and friendly and weren't trying to slam the doors and close up before their 10:00 closing time unlike a lot of places nowadays where they need to close at 9:30 if they want to be out of there by 10:00 and the chocolate shake was so good I'm going to try the Marble Slab Creamery in my town“

“Went there this afternoon (second time I've visited) and got a mangonada! Was delicious! And for the most part totally natural mango! delicious! They put spices in it, a sweet, red Mexican sauce and a squeeze of lime and it is the most refreshing treat! The girl working was also very helpful with my questions about the products and very sweet. I love that Baytown has a cute, family-owned paleta/ice-cream business just around the corner. Will definitely be back! And remember it's cash only!“
