“We stopped here tonight on the way home from fishing and was pleasantly impressed. The restaurant and facilities were clean. After ordering from the kiosk, we sat at a table near the counter and the cashier was very attentive, checking in to make sure we didn’t need anything while we waited. Food was fresh and tasty. Would stop here again if ever in the area“
“The mcdonalds people/staff are great.I ordered online today at 9am, I parked on mobile order parking #3 and got off to go use the restroom real quick. There was a dude talking out his equipment, such as vacuum and sweepers and a lil more. He got rude with me.Said I can't park there is only for online orders.I told him I did I just need to pee. He shook his hairy head and said you still can't park there if you going in.After that I tried using the door he was using and he rudely did, THE OTHER ONE, THE OTHER ONE.I was just trying to get lil breakfast idk why I had to deal with his bad mood.I'm about to eat my mc griddle now that I got that off my chest.By the way it seemed like he was a contracted worker not mcdonald's staff.“

“Go there 2 to 3 times a week. Good people. Food warm, employees courteous, always a smile. Some have worked there over a decade and Baytown knows them. Help us during the hurricanes by opening up and they treat every one as equal. Baytown started out as tent people and travelers they understand that and groups change out all the time. Safe most of the time. Better not be rude to our interstate McDonalds people.Parking: You have options. On the side near the drive thru, other side cars, and the big back parking lot for buses, vans and truckers.“
“My family and I made a order for several items and everything was good except for the nuggets (Wich are usually good) and the manager HEATHER helped us out and replaced them with fresh ones.... I usually don't write reviews about employees but she was soo helpful and went out of her way to MAKE SURE our dining experience was good and she was very kind respectful and courteous HEATHER IS A PRIME example of a manager doing their job and running a business the way it should be especially a business that deals with the public A+++++++++( FOR HEATHER!!“
“Had to go inside because they weren't working the drive through and it was 12:45 am. Other than that it was all good. (Better the Jack n Box Highlands. No one answered the menu to order, drive up and nobody came to the window and there was someone there I saw them when I drove in plus there was a car in the drive thru, ⬅️ the came in Mc Donald's behind me say the person at Jack was rude. Confirmed someone was there! ?)“
