Bad customer service. The so called “manager” was very rude just because we asked a simple question over flavors and how many we could get. He helped us at the register and was very rude, was on his phone, and we could hardly understand him. They need better service. His name is Birzavit.

Unless you want food that already has bites taken out, and feathers sticking out, don't go here. I called to let them know, not even asking for a refund, just trying to let them know, and they treated me like I was stupid and it was my fault their food sucks. You can LITERALLY see the teeth marks in it and stringy feathers hanging off

I'm not sure what happened today, 3/4/24, but I had the worst experience today. I walk in and there's only 3 customers inside the restaurant. The place was practically empty. I went up to the register, and the young woman had an attitude on her. I ordered a 10 piece boneless combo. The fries were cold, and the wings didn't taste fresh. It was like the wings were sitting out for a while. I told the cashier, and she had an attitude again. I'm not paying for cold and old food. I want fresh, hot food.

The LA Heat and the Buffalo boneless bites were good. The regular LA seasoning bites were not good and greasy. Will definitely get the other 2 again.

Ordered online for Door Dash delivery. Missing item upon delivery. Called the store, they would either refund tmoney for the item or i could go pick up the missing item. Talked to the manager and expalined that I ordered this for my kids lunch when school was cancelled and I could not come get the order but one of my kids would not eat lunch if the order was not delivered. They had NO RECOURSE besides a refund or for me to leave work and come deliver the order to my own kid myself. No store credit, no discount, nothing to compensate for their mistake.
