Shout out to young man working register 8/26/23 @ 7pm! Very pleasant and courteous!! Such a breath of fresh air to receive his level of customer service! Wish I knew his name but Auntie Ann’s should consider him a model employee!!

Manager there was rude, told me their ordering system is my fault, told me my complaint was invalid, told me if I complained nobody would care, when I got upset & finally got an attitude she told me she doesn’t like “people like me” & when I asked for her bosses information she refused to give it & told me nobody cares about the lies coming from my mouth. When I did submit a corporate complaint, an employee asked why I submitted 3(?) bogus complaints.

I just encountered the RUDEST person. I was standing in line and my daughter in law comes up to me and asks what I'm getting and I said the pretzel dogs and the guy yells "those will be 30 minutes" and so I said how long for just reg. pretzel bites and he mumbles something that neither of us heard or understood and my DIL says, I'm sorry we didn't hear you, how long for the reg. pretzel bites and he YELLS, "I'm doing them right now." Needless to say, we walked away. If the business owner reads this, the employee was the middle aged, white guy, with tattoos. So incredibly rude.

Went there at 4:30 on my lunch break today and was told they were closed, and maybe 5 minutes later, when I was passing them by to go back to work, I see them serving customers. Very interesting.

Poor service provided by Martha B (name according to the receipt she provided). Went Nov 21, 2021 around 12:30 PM and I had a coupon on my phone and she seemed so lost that she didn’t want to help me use my coupon. After that I wanted to add more food to my order and she got mad and complained to me that “I should had told her that I wanted to add more food before”. Do they not train them to give good service? It seems like now a days no one wants to provide good customer service. Just horrible service and ugly attitude by that employee.
