It was my first time at Broussards in Beaumont! I will forever be a fan. The links are delicious and great texture. This is a locally owned establishment ran by some genuine people. They’ve got great prices and a drive thru!
The new owners have really stepped up to the plate. The kinks are great and the ribs are meaty and plentiful. Thank you for bringing back BBQ like I grew up with.

The barbecue was hard, overcooked too much sauce. Rice dressing was dry, and the potato salad was bought from the store. Definitely not homemade.

My first time eating here, have passed by and noticed the smokers in the back (very good sign for a BBQ restaurant). My wife and I each had the sliced beef sandwich and potato salad for lunch. The staff was very friendly and my order came out quickly. The meat was very tender, flavorful and portion size was generous. Unfortunately the sandwich was served on regular sandwich bread instead of a hamburger bun so the bread was soggy and made it messy to eat. The potato salad was very good and had a very unique flavor. The potato chunks were smaller than other BBQ establishments I've eaten at in the area but I actually prefer the smaller chunks. We will definitely eat here again. Next time, we'll try their BBQ plates so we can try more of a variety of what they have to offer (homemade links, boudin, etc.).

New owner has totally revived the establishment.The bbq was always good but under new ownership it's phenomenal. Prior the bbq potatoes were ok but now they beat anyone in the area size, taste , and cost. Customer service has also improved tremendously .

I expected the sauce to be on the side. I can't have sugar but I gave it a shot anyway and the meat was so fatty that there wasn't much I could eat. The sausage skin was so tough that I couldn't bite into it, I couldn't cut it with a knife and I couldn't stab it with my fork so I gave up and just ate my green beans. I'm kind of sad that all I had for dinner was $20 green beans.

I've been looking for a home made link sausage for some years. Everyone has been passing off regular ones as the same but this place right here!!!!. When I say a real homemade link OMG. Just like I remember from childhood years!
